She had been a seamstress at Witham Memorial Hospital 25 years, retiring in 1968. She was a member of Milledgeville United Methodist Church and Lebanon Rebekah Lodge. She was born in New Castle and had lived in Lebanon since 1937. She was the widow of Ray Patterson and Buren V. "Bud" Sallee.
Survivors: son, Robert P. Linton; daughter, Mary E. Hughes; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
