COWMAN-- Mary J. , beloved mother and grandmother, went to be with the Lord on Christmas morning, December 25, 1998 at 9 a.m. Mary was born April 30, 1911 in Sapulpa, OK to J.S. and Mary Rodman Jowers. She graduated from high school and later attended business college. She worked as a real estate broker for a number of years. She moved to Edmond to be closer to her family in 1996.
* Mary's funeral service was Monday, December 28, 1998 at 11 a.m. at the Greenhill Funeral Home Chapel in Sapulpa under the direction of Baggerley Funeral Home of Edmond, OK. Interment followed in the Greenhill Cemetery. (Tulsa World)
