YOUNG MOTHER EXPIRES SUNDAY
Funeral For Mrs. Dan L. Schwartz Is At Home Wednesday
Mrs. Daniel L. (Margaret) Schwartz, 38, and mother of six young children, passed away at her home three miles north of Berne at 6:20 p.m. Sunday evening. The cause of her death was attributed to organic heart lesion. She had been in failing health for six years.
The decedent was the daughter of Joseph P. and Emily Graber Schwartz and was born in Monroe township on February 10, 1902.
Funeral services will be conducted January 1 at the home at 10:00 a.m.
Surviving are the husband, her parents and four boys and two girls. They are: Emma, age 12; Ernest, 11; Merlin, 9; Sam and Dan, who are twins, age 7 and Lydia Ann, three years old.
Eight brothers, Joseph, Noah, Jacob, Sam, Joel, Enos, Menno and Reuben and four sisters, Katie, Caroline, Rose and Elizabeth survive. Three brothers and a sister preceded.
Burial will be made in the Schwartz cemetery three miles north of Berne.
The body was removed to the home this morning from the Yager mortuary.
