Marriage between Avault and Sophia is either 1905 or 1907 depending on census.

Between son Clarence (1910) and son Vernon (1916), there were two other sons.

Sidney Rossow was born September 8, 1911 and died November 1, 2011. Death certificate on Ancestry. It says he was buried in cemetery in Flasher, Morton, North Dakota.

A second son was born around June 1913. A newspaper, the Emmons County Record of Linton, North Dakota on 21 Jan 1915, Thu on Page 1, picked up a news piece from Mandan reporting an accident at the home of Mrs. Avault Rossow of Freda (North Dakota). After leaving the kitchen, her 19 month old son was scalded to death after backing into a large pan of hot water on the kitchen floor. Unable to find any info on the child.

Possible that both children are in unmarked grave in Hillside Cemetery in Flasher, North Dakota as it appears later that other family are buried there. Grandfather Carl is buried there in 1918.
