KENNEDY—Palestine, Texas. Jan. 2.—Funeral services were held Sunday for S. B. Kennedy, 66, of near Elkhart, who died at this home. Services were held at the Elkhart Baptist Church. Survivors are his wife, two daughters, Mrs. W. T. Shelton, Elkhart, and Mrs. S. H. Swinney, Palestine; two sons, Tom Kennedy and Lucas Little, Elkhart; a brother, Bob Kennedy, Grapeland; four sisters, Mrs. Hettie Hendrix, Elkhart, Mrs. Phoebe Smith, Waco, Mrs. Bob Bennett and Mrs. B. J. Parker, Elkhart.
