Daughter of John & Elizabeth "Carpenter" Henry and wife of John Borst per her obituary but it appears her parents were Elmer and Elizabeth Henry. Her mother's maiden name was Carpenter, and her grandfather was John Wesley Carpenter.

She married John Lloyd Borst in 1921 but in 1930 their children, Roy & Betty were living with another couple, possibly in a children's home in Ohio.
