MRS . ADA CARMEAN SNOW HILL Mrs. Ada H Carmean , 67 , died Saturday at Peninsula General Hospital following a long illness She was a member of the Peninsula General Hospital Nurses ' Alumnae and the McKemie Presbyterian Church of Snow Hill . She retired in 1973 from PGH where she was a supervisor of nursing Born in Snow Hill she was the daughter of Mary Hattensien and Elisha Holloway . She was the widow of Heston W. Carmean , who died in 1976 She is survived by her son , William E Carmean ; two sisters , Mrs. Grace Lockerman Homestead , Fla , and Mrs. Esther Marcom of Salisbury and two grandchildren Funeral services , conducted by the Reverend J. Raymond Hokey , will be held Tuesday at 11 am at the Mckemie Presbyterian Church in Snow Hill Interment will be in the Bates Methodist Cemetery in Snow Hill The family suggest that any donations be made to the Mckemie Church Memorial fund or to the Peninsula General Hospital building fund Arrangements are being handled by the Dennis Funeral Home of Snow Hill .
