Mrs. L. Allison died today at noon at her home at No. 7 Scott street, of Stomach trouble. Mrs. Allison was 62 years of age and had been ill for some time. The body will be shipped to Franklin county Saturday where the burial and funeral will occur. Mrs. Allison leaves several married daughters.

Mrs. Allison who moved from Lane to Iola two years ago, died at that place Friday and the remains were shipped here Saturday and interred in the Quaker cemetery Sunday, east of town four miles. She was 73 years old.
