WAVERLY, Wash., Dec. 23 - The funeral of Mrs. Ethinda Crook, who died Saturday in a Spokane hospital, was held from the Community church here Tuesday, Dr. G. H. Schlauch officiating.
Mrs. Crook was born ner Mount Vernon, Ill., October 11, 1863, and married Charles Stuart in 1880. To them were born five children, of whom J. A. Stuart of Waverly, Ernest Stuart of Shelton, Wash., and Effie Cryderman of Spokane survive; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She came to Waverly in 1901 and had lived here continuously since.
In 1916 she married Eddie Crook, who died in 1920. She was a member of the Waverly Community church.
Interment was in the Waverly cemetery. The Jaeger funeral home of Fairfield was in charge.
