Judith A. (Blomberg) Aspseter, peacefully passed away on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, at Northern Lights Services in Washburn, where she had been residing.

Judy was born on June 19, 1948 to Walter and Betty Blomberg. She was a 1966 graduate of Bruce High School, where she took immense pride in cheerleading and academics.

She fell in love with Harold "Bizz" Aspseter, and shortly after high school, they married on April 1, 1967. They resided most of their lives in Exeland, where they raised their six children.

Judy was full of positivity, strength and some occasional sarcasm. She loved the holidays and family gatherings around the campfires at their cabin. She was full of wisdom and advice and was always ready to share it. In her younger years, she enjoyed bowling and sporting events. She never missed an episode of Jeopardy and was a life-long member of Exeland United Methodist Church.

Although Judy battled Alzheimer's disease for several years, she never gave up her strength or her spirit.

Judy is survived by her children, Kim (Jerry) Quinn of Bruce, Dean of Elroy, Lisa (Chad) Holum of Bloomer, Jodi Bach (Jason Fitzgerald) of Goodhue, Minn., Bethany (Jack) Nelson of Iron River and David of Chippewa Falls. She is also survived by her brothers, Corey (Gwyla) of Bruce and Larry of Madison. She is further survived by her grandchildren, Morgan (Dan), Taylor (Michael), Dahlton (Atley), Levi, Marti (Todd), Bailee, Masen, Jence, Kennedy, and Koy; her great-grandchildren, Arie, Sidney and Ian Robers and several nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Bizz, who passed in 2010. She is also proceeded in death by her parents, Walter and Betty Blomberg and her brothers, Aaron and Martin Blomberg.

Family services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 4, at Exeland United Methodist Church with Pastor Mark Bartlett officiating
