Marilyn Heyward, 47, of 265 St. Phillip Street,Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 13, 2007 at a local hospital. Ms. Heyward was born February 19, 1960 in Charleston, SC. She was a very loving and caring person and will be sadly missed. She will always be cherished. The relatives and friends of Ms. Marilyn Heyward, those of her mother, Gussie Mae Heyward, her three sons; Stephen Heyward (Raven), Travis Heyward-Mitchell (Shaniqua) and Monte Heyward-Mitchell (Shakena), a very special and loving friend, Janet Nunamaker; three special grandchildren, Sincere, Simaya and Nicholas, three sisters, Mary Porter (LC), Sharon Heyward-Green and Brenda Armstrong (Timothy), two brothers, Richard Heyward (Cathy), and Michael Heyward (Evelyn) and a host of uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 1PM at Memorial Baptist Church, 153 Alexander Street, Charleston, SC. Remains to the church 12:00 Noon Saturday. Interment: Private.
