Carolyn Faye Covington-Bush, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at the age of 69. She was a proud mother and Maw-Maw who enjoyed watching her cooking shows and the simple pleasures in life centered around her three brothers and her dog “Little Bit”. She was the loving mother of three children DeeDee Chenevert (husband Brady), Jennifer Davis, Daimon Bush (wife Kristi). Sister of three brothers Erlo (E. A.) Allen Covington Jr. (wife Terri), Don Covington (wife Shari), and Bobby Covington (wife Jan). She was a wonderful Maw-Maw of two grandchildren Shawn Chenevert and Michaela Bush. She was the aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her mother AnnieWesse Jones Cooper, father Erlo Allen Covington Sr., a niece Alaina Patrice Covington and a nephew Allen Cole Covington. Carolyn will always be remembered for her loyalty and dedication to her family. She was well-loved and will be deeply missed by us all. Her eternal resting place will be at Sibley Cemetery in Walker, LA with a small graveside service on Saturday, May 1, 2020.
