He Was very Useful in his Military & in His Magistracy to which he was chose'n & Served successively many years to ye Greate Acceptance & Advantage of His Country: being: A Gentleman of Good Parts & very forward to Promote ye Civil & Religious interes'ts of it. He died Nov. 10, 1727 Aged 80 y.
