Mr. Malcolm Marceaux, 65, of Gueydan, passed away peacefully at 7:50 p.m. on April 21, 2020 in his residence surrounded by family. Mr. Marceaux will be cremated under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home of Lake Arthur.
Mr. Marceaux was a native of Morgan City and live in Gueydan for over 35 years. He was a 1972 graduate of Cameron High School. He was Driller in the Oil and Gas Industry. He enjoyed breaking horses and raising cattle. He loved the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife, Marlene LeLeaux Marceaux; two daughters, Charity Mier of Jennings, and Catherine Marceaux of Gueydan; one son, John Marceaux of Grand Chenier; one stepdaughter, Chasity Vincent and his brother, James Marceaux of Lake Charles.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bascom and Mary Lee Daigle Marceaux and two brothers, Keith and John Marceaux.
