Ruby “Jean” Puckett, 98, of Franklin, passed away on April 21, 2020. She was born on May 7, 1921 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Alonzo Richard and Snowden Wallace (Wyatt) Kashner.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathy Sue Puckett, Franklin, IN and Bonny Kay Siekman (Ken), Haymarket, VA; grandchildren, Jennifer Fletcher (Dave), Annandale, VA and Mark Siekman (Kelly), Severna Park, MD; great grandchildren, Riley, William, and Larkin Fletcher and Jackson and Evelyn Siekman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene “Bud” Puckett; her son, Patrick Puckett; and her siblings, Aileen, Dorothy, Richard, Allen, Lonnie, Alice, Corabelle, Judy, and Gary.
Due to the current unprecedented guidelines limiting public gatherings, Jean’s service will be private. Arrangements were entrusted to G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home. Burial will be at Round Hill Cemetery.
