GaryElvis Joseph Britt was born in Mobile, Alabama to Harvey Elmore Britt and Joyce Lorraine Revette-Weaver.

He is survived by his beloved wife Chris and siblings Miles Britt, Robby Weaver and Cheryl McEntyre. Brother Lars, and Luke predeceased him. In addition h leaves behind numerous neices, nephews, thousands of adoring fans, fellow tribute artists and friends.

He attended Williamson High School in Mobile, Alabama from 1970 - 1973 and was an Alabama Alumist from 74 -77 playing football under Coach Bear Bryant.

A myrid of fans and fellow Elvis Tribute Artist since 1999. He took part in over 200 competitions and numerous shows and has fans from coast to coast including thousands in Canada where he competed and preformed at the most prestigious events. His contribution to the Windsor Elvis Fest sd emcee and consulant launched it as a first year success enjoyed by mnay and the GaryElvis Gospel Show he created became a model for many other events. His countless appearences at the Collingwood Elvis Fest solidfied his reputation as a performer and gentleman.

He particapated in many charities such as Mason Dixon's Christmas Wish Fund and donated his time and talent generously to other performers, fans and friends.

GaryElvis was an extra in the movies Close Encounters of the 3rd kind. Hooper and Police Academy 4 and ran a successful sign company with his beloved Chris, of nearly 21 years. Since 1988.

He was also an ordained minister, performed weddings cermonies "Elvis" style and deeply loved God.

GaryElvis was a man who walked in the footsteps of his God spreading love, friendship and support to everyone. May his memory be a blessing and inspriation to all.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial will be scheduled at a later date.
