Chris Diaz, 22, of Amarillo, formerly of Hereford, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2007.
Celebration of life services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Parkside Chapel Funeral Home of Hereford with the Rev. Lon Thomas and the Rev. Don Lane officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery in Hereford.
Mr. Diaz was born April 22, 1985, in Hereford to Higinio and Leslie Diaz. He was a 2003 graduate of Tascosa High School in Amarillo and was employed as a salesman for Sante Fe Motors in Amarillo. Mr. Diaz was a member of the CityChurch in Amarillo.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Leslie Whatley Soto of Amarillo; a brother, Alvin Ewing of Amarillo; two sisters, LaShonda Ewing and Erica Moncada, both of Amarillo; and an uncle, Nick Whatley of Hereford.
