He was born in Meade County, Kentucky on March 29, 1902, a son of the late Mack Foor and Nannie Bell Lamkin Foor. Mr. Foor was a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucille Foor; one daughter, Mrs. Gilbert (Mary Frances) Benham of Brandenburg (Weldon Community) Kentucky; nine step-children, Herbert Thompson, Mrs. Clinton (Gladys) Polston, James Warren all of Brandenburg, Kentucky, Mrs. Larry (Ruby) Rauno, Mrs. Clarence (Rose) Lippett, Mrs. Mack (Virginia) McKinney all of Valley Station, Kentucky, Dennie Warren of Louisville, Kentucky, Alfred Warren of Vine Grove, Kentucky and Mrs. Frank (Nancy Pearl) Orr of Ekron, Kentucky; ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
Masonic services were held by Harrison masonic Lodge No. 122 F. & A.M. in the Chapel of Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home. Funeral services were held from the Chapel of Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home, with Rev. D.E. Jones and Rev. Bill Blackburn officiating. Interment was in New Brandenburg Baptist Church Cemetery.
