Funeral service for Ms. Murphy will be conducted at 12 pm, Tuesday, June 11th, 2019 at Rising Star Baptist Church, 132 Cherry Street, Griffin, Georgia. Officiant: Pastor Gerod Duffy, Eulogist: Pastor Calvin Bing. Interment will follow in Griffin Memorial Garden. Her remains will lie instate at the church one hour prior to service. The cortege will assemble at 11:20 am from the residence. Public viewing will be held Monday from 3pm until 7pm at the funeral home.
