MEAD,WASHINGTON —- William Richard Westfall, 78, of Mead, WA, formerly of Cumberland, MD, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Valley Hospital, Spokane, WA.

Born August 4, 1941, Cumberland, MD, Mr. Westfall was the son of the late Arthur Charles Westfall and Elvina S (Shingledecker) Westfall. He was also preceded in death by his sisters: Shirley Johnson, Patricia Westfall, Marlene Hebb, and Eileen Westfall-Jones; a brother: Donald Westfall; and was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

A United States Naval Veteran, Zeke was retired and was a member of the Western Conference of Teamsters. He is survived by a brother-in-law: Sonny Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A. 404 Decatur Street on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Bruce McBride officiating. Friends and family will be received one hour prior.

Interment will be in the Maryland Veterans' Cemetery at Rocky Gap.

Military honors will be accorded at the cemetery by the Post #13 Veterans Honor Guard.
