Johan Adam Rennecker/Renaker was born Nov 20, 1774 in Silver Run, Md. bapt. at St. Mary's Lutheran Church, son of Paulus "Paul" Rennecker b Jan 3, 1744 Germany d June 23, 1799 buried Silver Run Cemetery m: ca 1769 Ana Marguerite Gibler (possibly Flickenger) b June 16, 1750 d Mar 13, 1826.

Paul being a son of G. Adam Rennecker, a sturdy young Germany born in the Rhineland marrying July 30, 1733 Elizabeth. In 1750 they boarded the ship "Royal Union" for America, docking at Philadelphia. On Aug 15, 1750 Rennecker took the Oath of Allegiance to the United States.

Adam Renaker was among the early settlers to Harrison County, Ky., on July 3, 1795 he married Elizabeth Lemmon, dau of Jacob Lehman. Adam built their home on the waters of Twin Creek. Adam & Elizabeth had six children: John, George, Jacob, Paul, Noah & Amelia Renaker Juett.
