Anna Mae Nesbitt, 84, of Menominee, Mich., passed away on Monday, Feb. 24, 2020, at Menominee Health Services. She was born on April 9, 1935, in Marinette, Wis., to the late Henry and Lucille (Betters) Keller. Anna graduated from Marinette High School Class of 1953. On Jan. 26, 1957, Anna married Jerome “Jerry” Nesbitt at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marinette. Jerry preceded her in death on Oct. 14, 2012. Anna was mostly a stay at home mother who cared for many other children in addition to her own. She was good at crafts, cake decorating and sewing. Anna enjoyed playing cards with her family and friends. Later in life, Anna completed many books of word searches and played her cherished handheld electronic poker game. Survivors include her three daughters: Sue Coyle of Appleton, Wis., Patti (Randy) Ostermann of Sheboygan Falls, Wis., and Diane (Dennis) Thorne of Menominee; two sons: Jerome (Elisa) Nesbitt II and Mike Nesbitt both of Menominee; Donald Coyle of Appleton, Wis.; six grandchildren: Joshua, Tony, Dustin, Amanda (Nathan), Emily (Scott) and Zachary (Hailee); two step-grandchildren: Fraely and Fraime; eight great-grandchildren; siblings: Nancy (Sam) Smith Sr., Dennis (Linda) Keller, Dona (Allen) Ebner, Kenneth (Kathy) Keller, James (Debbie) Keller, Sandy Pichette, Roger Keller and Carla Pesola; good friends: Bill and Mary Krah; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and in-laws. Anna was preceded in death by her son, David Jon; and siblings: Henry (Karlene) Keller, Barbara (Jim) Hass, Catherine (Pete) Chevalier and Gerald Keller. Family will receive friends at Cadieu Funeral Home on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at noon, with Deacon Vince Beckley presiding. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Menominee Health Services, especially Shannon and U. P.
