A young man by the name of Cahaw died in Brady Saturday evening aged 23 years. It seems that some two or three weeks ago he was kicked in the abdomen by a horse owned by a Mr. Kessinger, which hurt him internally, and he had been unable to do anything up to within a day of two of his death. Thursday he started to go where he worked in the fall, and while on his way he was taken suddenly sick. He stopped on the road at a house and asked to stop and rest for a few moments but was refused, when he wandered on to his destination, where he rested Sunday, when he was taken worse. The folks there refused to take care of him any longer, and he was taken to his mother's, where he died. His funeral took place yesterday. The Rev. Mechesney officiated.
