Mrs. Tilley was born April 29, 1925 in Wilkes County to Enoch Kelsey and Daisey Campbell Wooten.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Eugene Tilley; son, Billy Wooten; daughter, Wanda Wooten; and sister, Hazel Renegar.
Survivors include step-sons, Ronnie Tilley and wife Linda of Trinity, Scott Tilley of High Point; daughter, Glenda Macemore; brothers, Clay Wooten of Atlanta, Chuck Wooten of California; sister, Helen Howell of Yadkinville.
A graveside service will be conducted at Oak Level Baptist Church Cemetery.
