Mrs. Rosie Mae Barnhart, 75, former Tuscumbia resident, died Wednesday at her home in Licking. Born Aug. 4, 1882, she was married to Lindsey E. Barnhart, who died Dec. 11, 1953.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Gray, St. Louis; Mrs. Sadie Hildebrand, Licking; and Mrs. Alta Kimrey, Roby; two sisters, Mrs. Madison Bear and Mrs. Ollie Hendricks, Tuscumbia; one brother, Jessie Johnson, state of California; 11 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at an Iberia funeral home with the Rev. Mark Sooter officiating. Burial will be in the Hickory Point Cemetery near Iberia.
