The soldiers of the Army Service Corps are commemorated on a memorial plaque within the Cathedral Church of St. Michael and St. George, Aldershot which commemorates the 377 men of the Army Service Corps who gave their lives in the South-African War (2nd Boer War). The memorial was first located within the Royal Garrison Church of St George's, Woolwich, but was removed to its present site following the destruction of that church by a German V1 flying bomb in 1944.
