Mrs. Emeline Oswalt, age 81, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Huddle in Brookville on Friday.
She is formerly of the New Lexington vicinity, a daughter of George and Sarah Stump. Emeline was a twin of Emma Stump Oswalt, who preceded her in death in 1941.
She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Emma Wilhelm of Lewisburg, Mrs. Martha Chrisman of Potsdam, Mrs. Mabel Miller of Dayton, Mrs. Myrtle Huddle of Brookville, and Mrs. Laura Myers of Lewisburg; 16 grand-children; and 37 great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted Monday at the Kramer & Moeller Funeral Home in Lewisburg, with burial in Sugar Grove Cemetery in New Lexington.
