Ms. Escoto was a daughter of J. Merced and Maria Vidal. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and raising cockatiels and lovebirds. She was devoted to her family and touched the hearts of many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Marquez, and a daughter, Mary Helen Pazos. Survivors include four adult children, Josie Lopez, Joey Pasos, Alice Gonzales and Alanna Pasos, all of Eloy; two sisters, Estella Jacquez of Eloy and Alicia Guanajuato of Casa Grande; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church in Eloy, with rosary recited at 10 and funeral Mass celebrated at 10:30. Burial in Eloy Memorial Park.
