Notes:
Anna first married Lincoln Cook, a widower, on January 2, 1903, in Carthage, Missouri. He was a native of Texas, son of John and Elizabeth Cook. They had one daughter, Mildred Louise Cook [Seeley], who was born on September 23, 1903, to the couple in Galena, Kansas. Lincoln died from smallpox, age 41, in Galena, Kansas, in March, 1905.

Anna second married Oscar Aaron Dunham, a native of Texas, on September 17, 1905, in Cochise, Arizona.

Her husband Oscar informed her death certificate, which gave chronic nephritis as the cause of death, also noting that she had had scarlet fever in infancy.

Oscar would marry again after Anna's death to Julia E Windisch in 1919.
