  Ruth B. Birkinshaw, 78, passed away January 15, 1985 at her home in Salt Lake.
  Born September 16, 1906 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Thomas William and Mary Elizabeth Taylor Bailey. Married William C. Birkinshaw, September 10, 1929 in Salt Lake City, who preceded her in death June 23, 1965. She was a member of the LDS Church. Worked for Mountain Fuel Supply Co., as a PBX Supervisor.
  Survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Mont B. and Patricia O. Birkinshaw, Salt Lake; a daughter, JoAnn B. Lewis, Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Wallace (Ida B.) McKellar, and Mrs. Stanley (Phyllis B.) Whitehead, both of Salt Lake, and a brother-in-law, Elmer D. Birkinshaw, Salt Lake; five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
  Graveside services will be Saturday, January 19, 1985 at 11 a.m. at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Drive. Friends may call at the Holbrook Funeral Chapel, 3251 South 2300 E., Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday 10-10:45 a.m.
