I went to Citizens Cemetery in late June 2007.
I was expecting to only find my great grandfather and his son. Buried in the same plot was Joe. According to the 1930 Census, Joe was living with the Poovey family. He was not related to them. There are Poovey's buried in this cemetery, so they may have owned the plot. His death certificate lists parents as unknown, no relatives, and no friends in the area. He may have never married, as he is listed as single. Birthplace listed as Cincinnati, Ohio.
Occupation retired railroad section foreman.
