Aaron Puterbaugh, brother of Rev. Levi Puterbaugh of this vicinity, died very suddenly, Wednesday last, at his home near Onward. During the severe storm he went out to the poultry yard to feed the chickens, and failing to return, his wife went in search of him. He had fallen dead in the snow. He was about 60 years old. Two years ago he suffered a stroke of paralysis and he and his wife spent last winter in St. Petersburg, Florida. He has a son who is teaching dentistry in a Chicago medical college, at the same time he is taking the medical course. He also has a son-in-law in Logansport who is a dentist, Dr. Boyer. Rev. and Mrs. Levi Puterbaugh, Heber Puterbaugh and Mrs. Geo. Snyder left Saturday for Onward where the funeral was held Sunday.
