Catherine (Dilly) Miller Obit: Mrs. Adam Miller died at her home on Douglas Avenue this morning at 9:30 o'clock of malarial fever. she has been sickly for a number of years, but was forced to take her bed four weeks ago. The deceased was born in Wolfstein, Bavaria, Germany, January 8, 1830. she came to America with her parents, Oct. 13, 1853. Her name was Catherine Dilly. She was married in this city, July 25, 1854 to Adam Miller, who survives her. Eight children were born to them; three are living: Mrs. Augusta Burkhardt, of this city; A. J. Miller of Chicago, and Miss Amelia Miller at home. she leaves one sister, Mrs. Joseph Lamm, of silver Creek, and one brother, John Dilly of Ridott. The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. Brunoehler will officiate. Mrs. Miller was an estimable lady who had a large circle of warm friends.
