LORDSTOWN — Janet S. Fultz, 78, died Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, at Concord Care Center of Cortland.
Janet was born Nov. 8, 1940, in Olive Hill, Ky., the daughter of Fred and Minnie Carpenter Bowling.
Mrs. Fultz was a manager for A&W Root Beer on Youngstown Road in Warren for many years. She was of the Protestant faith.
Survivors include her husband, Clinton Fultz; a daughter, Sherri (Vincent) Curto of Lordstown; a son, Christopher (Linda) Fultz of Cortland; one sister; one brother; and three grandchildren.
Janet was preceded in death by one sister and four brothers.
A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Friday at Wm Nicholas Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Niles. Calling hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Lordstown Cemetery
