Ealese Caldwell Jeans, age 88, of Kelso, TN, passed away on November 4, 2017 at her residence.

She was born in Lincoln County, TN on April 12, 1929, daughter of the late Renzo Dale & Sallie Bee Russell Caldwell. She was a homemaker and a prayer warrior. She enjoyed church, singing, flowers, her manicured yard and watching Dr. Phil, Wheel of Fortune and the Gaither Homecomings. She was kindhearted, caring, thoughtful, gentle, sweet spirited, strong in body and a true Saint of God.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son: Randy Lee Jeans; sisters: Lula Belle Caldwell Wallace and Jeanette Caldwell Cashion; and brothers: J.D. Caldwell and John Paul Caldwell.

Mrs. Jeans is survived by her husband of 71 years: Raymond Lee Jeans; daughter: Sherill Jeans Simmons; granddaughter: Andrea & Blair Smetters; great granddaughter: Kera LeShea Simmons; brothers in law: William M. & Becky Jeans, Archie Cashion and James Wallace; six nieces; nine nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services conducted on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Caldwell Chapel Church of God with Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home in charge. Burial in Kelso Cemetery. Visitation with the family at Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home and at the Caldwell Chapel Church of God.
