At the family home in Union township,near Phillipsburg,
Lydia, infant daughter of Mr.and Mrs.Hote Adkinson,passed away on August 3,1903.She was born April 18,1902.
Interment was in the Liberty graveyard.
God has taken another darling babe from this family,
we know tis hard to give them o'er,
but soon we'll meet on that peaceful shore.
This lovely bud so young and fair,
called hence by early doom,
was called to show
how sweet a flower in Paradise would bloom.
God in His wisdom has recalled the bud his love has given,
And though the body moulders,the soul is safe in Heaven.
