Levenia Agnes "Beanie" Brown, 76, of 55 E. Washington St., Hagerstown, died Saturday, May 18, 2002, at Washington County Hospital. Born Sept. 13, 1925, in Boonsboro, she was the daughter of the late George Pilgrim and Goldie Hutzell Renner. She was employed as a cook for restaurants, including Beck's, Funkstown American Legion and Swiss Colony. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Funkstown American Legion Post 211, AARP and volunteered at Elizabeth Court. She is survived by two daughters; two son; three sisters; one brother, 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
