John is survived by his wife of 60 years, Betty, his children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Mildred Whitaker and Loretta Campbell and brothers Bob and Richard-(2011).
He worked 38 years at Weyerhaeuser mill B in Everett. He was a lifetime member of the Snohomish Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E. 195). John enjoyed riding his John Deere riding lawn mower. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cutting firewood and farming. He was a great husband, dad and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all.
No services will be held. A gathering in his honor will be held from 12 to 4 p.m March 19, at Sharon and Hugh's home.
