Montville - Theodore "Torch" LaFlamme, 58, of Uncasville, died suddenly on Friday, March 7, 2014. He was the son of the late Arthur and Betty LaFlamme. Ted was a well-known member of the community and an avid, champion pool player. He was the creator of the website "Montville Then and Now", shared by a large majority of Montville and was one of Ma's kids. Besides his loving parents, Teddy was predeceased by his brother, Jim and nephews, Michael and Peter William. He is survived by his sisters, Michele, Marjory and her husband, Bob, Linda, Carrie and her partner, Sam; a brother, Pete and his wife, Maureen; his son, Kenneth; and daughter, Samantha. He also leaves behind his nephews, David, Sam, and Manny; as well as many friends. We may never understand why?-but will always love and never forget him. Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m on Friday at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen, Route 32, Montville.
