Thomas Fisher, 82, was found dead in a chair at his home near Thompson's Bridge. Death was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage. He had been a patient at Wilmington General Hospital recently. He operated a stand on King St. for more than 40 years, retiring only a few months ago.
