She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vernon; a son, Keith; three sisters, Cora, Minnie and Lulu; two brothers, Samuel and Ellis; a son-in-law, Bill Jacobs; and a grandson, Brad.
Nell was born Sept. 4, 1900, to William and Sara Morton Andre on the Andre farm in rural Lisbon. She attended Valley Chapel country school and married Vernon Clark Beasmore on June 1, 1921, in Tipton. He died Feb. 16, 1987. A lifelong resident of the Lisbon area, for many years Nell was a clerk at Milo Kaliban's Grocery Store and also owned and operated Beasmore's Cafe. She was a member of and treasurer for the Lisbon Methodist Church, where she was active in United Methodist Women. For 23 years, she was responsible for the weddings, funerals and lunches in the church. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
