PORTLAND—Mrs. Victor J. (Rosa) Rothlisberger, 81, died late yesterday in a Taft hospital.
She was employed at civil service at the Naval Air Station for 20 years.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. N. L. Holderfield of Corpus Christi and Mrs. C. E. Roscher of Gillette, Wyo.; three sons, Melvin L. and James L. Smith, both of Corpus Christi, and Warren A. Smith of San Diego, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. J. O. Franks of Dallas; two brothers, Louis and Ben Cockrum, both of Temple; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
