LaMar Lee Snow, 78, passed away on September 13, 2019 at his home in West Valley City.

He was born July 10, 1941 in Carbonville to Clinton Niel Snow and Mae Elizabeth Averett. He married Carol Poulsen on July 12, 1963 in the Manti LDS Temple.

He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam.

Survived by his wife, Carol; children, Lynn (Heidi) Snow, Jane Cowan, and Anne (William) Archibald; grandchildren, Tyler (Kamrie) Snow, McKenzie Snow, Alyssa (Robert) Clawson, and Erin (Caleb) Allred; great-grandson, Cayde Clawson; three brothers; and one sister. Preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Carson Snow; two brothers; and three sisters.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Oxford Ward Chapel, 3671 South Oldham Street (4180 West), West Valley City, with a viewing one hour prior.
Interment at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City.
