Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 7 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Henderson for Leroy Alford, 34, of Gaines Dr., who died Monday, January 2 in a local hospital.
Burial will follow in Henderson Cemetery. The Rev. W.G. Grover will officiate.
A native of Houston County, He was a graduate of Perry High School. He was employed by the Kellwood Company for 16 years and Curly Cleaning Company for three years.
He is survived by his wife [named]; his children [3 named]; his father [named] of Milledgeville; a sister [named] of Warner Robins; three brothers [named] all of Perry; one adopted sister [named] of Perry; one half-brother [named] of Perry; grandparents, Mary Lou Adkinson of Perry and Harrietta Swift of Ft. Valley; a great grandmother, Mattie Lawson of Perry; one mother-in-law [named] of Perry; and one father-in-law [named] of Elko.
