Edwin Trethric, 64, of Dowling, died on the 12th of April 1934, at the American Legion hospital. Death was attributed to tuberculosis. He was born Sept. 17, 1869, in Mitchell, Ont.
Mr. Trethric is survived by his widow, Anna Trethric nee Warner; a daughter, Beryl, Mrs. Charles Hyde, and a son Dorrance (Dorothy) Trethric, of Dowling; a brother, Frank Trethrick of Climax; a sister, Mrs. Lillie Prine, of Battle Creek; and three other sisters, Dora, Mrs. Charles Cadman; Mabel, Mrs. Harry Moody; and Bertha, Mrs. Leander Stark.
Funeral services were held on Sunday the 15th of April at 2 o'clock, at the Dowling church and interment in the Baltimore Township Cemetery.
