Thomas G. Marshall, of 1066 South Franklin street, Decatur, died at 8 o'clock Tuesday evening in the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Marshall, Jr., of Mt. Auburn, of lung trouble. He will be buried in Mt. Auburn later this week.

Mr. Marshall was employed as a department clerk in the Mueller factory and had lived here off and on for about 12 years. He is a brother of John W. Marshall, of 1121 West Macon street. His wife's parents, Mr. and Mrs. William T. Lemmon, also live at 1066 South Franklin street.

Besides his parents, his widow (Ella Lemmon Marshall) and brother John, Mr. Marshall leaves a son, Lyle, 5 years old, two other brothers, James and Arthur Marshall, who live between Mt. Auburn and Blue Mound, and two sisters, Mrs. Libbie J. (J. A.) Bartlett and Mrs. Rosa B. (David) Abel, of the same neighborhood.

He was born on a farm near Mt. Auburn and was 37 years old last May. Mr. and Mrs. John Marshall went to Mt. Auburn Tuesday morning, called by his serious illness, and their daughters, Mrs. Royal Price and Miss Freda Marshall, and Mr. Price will go Thursday morning and return Thursday night.
