In loving memory of THOMAS LYE, who passed peacefully to his rest September 4th 1898 aged 70 years. I am the resurrection and the life : he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live, and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.
Also of ANNE, the beloved widow of the above, who entered into rest July 29th 1905 aged 75 years. Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord; for they rest from their labours, and their works do follow them.
In loving memory of MARGARET, eldest daughter of Thomas and Anne Lye, who passed peacefully away on January 24th 1927 in her 72nd year. Breathe on me, breath of God; So shall I never die, But live with thee the perfect life, Of thine eternity.
In loving memory of THOMAS LYE, son of Thomas and Anne Lye of Malzeard House, Luton, who passed peacefully away on April 13th 1927 in his 64th year. I know not where His islands lift, Their fronded palms in air, I only know I cannot drift, Beyond His love and care.
In loving memory of LOUISA LYE, youngest daughter of Thomas and Anne Lye, who passed peacefully away on February 15th 1935 aged 74 years.
