Graveside services, with military honors, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 3, at New Frankfort Cemetery, north of Slater.
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Assocation.

Raymond E. Arbogast, 61, of Slater, died Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Memorial graveside services with military honors will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the New Frankfort Cemetery north of Slater, with Terry Jordan officiating. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association in care of Weiker Funeral Home.
Born March 3, 1958 in New Orleans, Louisiana, he was the son of the late Theodore L. (Teddy) and Diane Lewison Arbogast. On August 28, 1994 in Gilliam, he married Charlotte Hopkins, and she survives of the home.
Also surviving are two daughters, Alicia Eby of Slater, and Jamie Capestro of Lake Ozark, Missouri; a son, Nick Eby of Slater; ten grandchildren; a great-grandson; two sisters, Virginia Arbogast of Overland Park, Kansas, and Veronica Arbogast of Slater; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Arbogast; and a sister, Dawn Smith.
Mr. Arbogast was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving twenty years' active duty before his retirement. He later worked for Missouri Department of Transportation in Fayette for fifteen years until his retirement.
