Evelyn Utley, age 91, of Evansville, passed away on April 23, 2020 after a brief illness.
Mrs. Utley was a teacher for 42 years, beginning her career in the mountains of Kentucky where she was raised.
Evelyn is survived by her niece, Swecia McQueen (Darrell) and by a great-nephew, Darren McQueen (Alison) and their daughter, Elizabeth.
She was preceded in death her husband, George Utley; her parents; and her sisters.
Private services were held in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Evansville with Alexander Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
