Julia Primo Govreau Bronkoski was the daughter of Peter Julian Primo and Emily Sophie (aka: Amelia Sophia) Lalumondier. She married Felix Leon Govreau, son of Augustus Aaron Govreau and Mary Ann Govreau, on January 9, 1900 at Bloomsdale, Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri. Julia and Felix Leo Govreau had 4 children; Aaron ("Jimmie"), Gertrude (married Edward F. Steichen), Mary Ann (married Herman Frances Fritch), and Virginia (married Harold W. Jackson). After Felix's death in 1935 she married Charles K. Bronkoski in 1940.
